Yoni Egg Practice Instructions

  1. Wash Your Hands
Clean your hands thoroughly with soap and water before beginning.

  2. Prepare Your Space and Body
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe and relaxed. Before insertion, gently massage your body and breasts to awaken your energy and increase circulation. When you feel naturally aroused and your yoni is soft and lubricated, you are ready to begin. If additional lubrication is needed, use a water-based lubricant.

  3. Insert the Egg
Warm the egg in your hands. Hold it with the smaller end facing outward, and gently place the larger end between your inner labia. Slowly and gently guide the egg into your yoni until it feels comfortably positioned. Always insert the larger end first so that the smaller end (with the string) remains toward the front.

  4. Practice
Once the egg is in place, gently contract and release your pelvic muscles around it. This exercise helps strengthen your pelvic floor and enhance body awareness. You may practice while lying down, sitting, kneeling, or standing. As your strength increases, you can experiment with lifting or lowering the egg using your muscles.

  5. Removing and Cleaning the Egg
To remove the egg, gently pull on the string. If your egg is not threaded, bear down as if to have a bowel movement to release it naturally. After removal, discard the used string. Wash the egg thoroughly with mild soap and warm water, rinse well, and dry completely before storing.
